Jacks eyes traveled slowly by the lines in the antique book playing with each word they came over. He bit his tongue, it started bleeding, he read the words over again, so he really could taste the blood the man in the book was covered up with, how he slashed their throats and cut out their guts, fast. So fast that nobody could ever catch him, or even notice that something just wasnt right. He read how the man put some of the warm pieces of the young whore in tiny, tiny boxes and packed it with him before leaving the dead body behind.
Jacks eyes widened in pure amusement as he put the book down on the old table beside his cup of tea. (And, yes, you got right, he was reading Jack the Ripper. Again.)
He let out a long sigh, his mouth was covered up in a big satisfied smirk, he was quiet facinated by this man who shared the same name as Jack himself. Ever since the Christmas he was given the book he had studied every single word it spoke. From right to left, up and down, from the end to the begining. From begining to end.
Yes, Jack knew all there was to know about Jack the Ripper and more than most people here on Earth...
He looked at the clock upon the big white wall, it was time to go.
Time for work, Jack mumbled to himself as he stood up, heading for his office in the next room. The room was dark and devastating to look at from the outside where the door used to be. The curtains were all red, the ceiling was cracked, and the old paintings were about to disappear.
Jack stood still for some seconds, and then he took some steps silently into the room, towards his desk.
He looked through some files that were hidden in one of his lockers.
Found you. He whispered in a gentle tone, "are you ready for death, silly girl?" His smirk became bigger as he read through the file a couple of times. Then he walked over to another desk. There he found a few knives, two forks, a scalpel and some candy. A lot of it.
Are you leaving for work? Again?! Wait up!
A small demon came running after him.
Mind your own buisness, would you?
The demon frowned at Jacks bag.
Looks like that is about to explode, many souls tonight? She asked.
No, just one. But this one is a really nasty one. He smirked, and then he disappeared out of the door.
Jack followed an old muddy road, then he walked silently over a bridge, he paused for some minutes, took a look in his notebook, then he left the old bridge alone in the dark again.
He passed by someone being killed back in a corner, but he didn't interrupt the other man's work, he just went to the street sign he was looking for. It read only the word "Street."
A smile played upon his lips, and then he headed to the right, into an almost empty street where he stopped. Jack looked up at a very, very old house. He took the few steps up to the door, which was locked, of course, and he found the extra key which was hidden inside of a bunch of old newspapers. He unlocked the door with the old golden key, and then he entered the house silently. The walls where painted in old, old colours, such coulours which were now forbidden to sell at the market anymore, and the marmorfloor was covered up with old sheets. Jack sighed, then he entered the door to the livingroom where he found the chosen one for this night.
Her name I will not tell.
After a few more steps he noticed that the girl had seen him in her mirror, she slowly turned her head and body to the tall, dark, winged man behind her.
Who
who are
what are you? Her eyes widened.
He took a few steps closer, Thats for me to know, and you to find out... besides.. I know you know quiet well who or what I am, he took a pink box up from his pocket.
The little box was filled with cute little red hearts.
Candy?
She took one who had broken into half, a bad sign...? She thought to herself as she put it in her mouth.
Suffocation, and after some seconds it felt like someone was choking her with their bare hands. She became sleepy, and then everything went black...
She was woken up by a strange melody, and of course, Jacks voice.
"Tell me, he paused for a minute, when you were a child, did no one tell you not to take sweets from strangers?"
Fuck you! She replied, short and sweet.
Her hands were tied on her back, she glared at him.
"Now," Jack put on another record, "are you ready to play with me?" He smirked as he pushed the play button.
He started singing.
Come with me, and youll be in a world of pure imagination. Well begin with a spin, traveling in, The world of my creation.
"You are insane!" The girl tried to push herself up from the indigo carpet.
"Oh, no little girl, hold on there for a sec..." Jack took one of the rusty forks laying on the table, then he stabbed it into her left knee.
"Now, you can't run." He smirked evilly, his eyes turned black, which made him look even spookier.
"Who are you?!" She writhed in agony.
You are repeating yourself, dear. He teased, oh, well. He paused.
I am the Angel of Death," Jack took up another fork, "and this is my job. You can thank the real Jack the Ripper that Im still doing this after so many years," he smirked as he stabbed the new fork into her right knee, "wanna play now? Or are you still stuborn?" He took the scalpel up from his pocket.
Let me go, you fuckin freak! It hurts! she cried out.
But Jack remained calm.
Can you say after me, slooowly; Please, Mr. Ripper, play wiw me... ?
He waited for a moment.
No? Oh, well then... This is gonna be so fun!
The girl screamed in pain as Jack started to slide the blade of the scalpel over her soft skin. Jack laughed, but stopped. "Shut up, silly girl, you're gonna die tonight." He licked the bloody scalpel.
Mmmmm, tastes like sugar, as I were told by my senses, he paused, but it needs something more, some ingrediense is missing, but what could it be? He scratched his head, thinking, Oh, now I got it! PEPPERMINTE! Thats it! I think I got some left right here in my pocket, actually. Pulverized! Ready for use and all that chit chat! He looked through all of his pockets on his jacket.
Ah, here it is! He smiled gently, just a little bit of this into your little cuts here and there, and voila! We got a whole new bloodtype!
The girl let out a big scream again, then another one, she cried and cried, though she knew no one could hear her.
Jack sighed, "Why do they always make such noise?" he stuffed her mouth full with the marshmallows he had brought with himself, and then he found some chocolatesauce and poured it into her eyes.
"There. Finally a bit more silent."
He giggled at her as he started to cut her long dark hair off, then he sewed in some liqourice bootlace as a replacment for the hair. In the end you could see nothing but a wig of liqourice, and some blood.. of course.
The girl was in shock.
-Ting, tong, doing-
It was the clock, who sang this pittyful melody of the time...
Jack paused, "Oh, tea time," he looked at his watch just to make sure that her clock was right, "would you like some tea?" He giggled more, he really enjoyed this. The girl shook her head, her skin was pale blue, and her mouth... well, it was full of candy.
He stood up, "okay then, you wouldn't mind if I use your kitchen to warm the water," he leaned down to her ear, "would you?"
Slå deg løs, she tried to say something in a foreign language, but it was too painful for her, she writhed in pain again.
Oh, in a bad mood, are we? And I who have come this long, long way in the dark just to pay you a visit, tsk, tsk. He walked silently out of the room, leaving the girl to herself.
As soon as Jacks footsteps disappeared, the girl tried to drag herself up with a little help from a round table. It seemed to look down at her, laughing, she was sure it laughed at her, there she lay on the floor with two forks for each of her knees, with chocolatesauce over her eyes, a wig of liqourice and in pain, breathing heavily.
But she didnt care much about that right now. She looked at the phone sleeping in its own dust, paying no attention on what was happening around it.
She grabbed the telephone receiver.
Suddenly she heard a rusty voice and the sound of a shaking tea-cup.
"Oh, I was such a fool and trusted you," he looked down at the girl who was trying to crawl herself up to the phone table.
"The first thing you do as soon as I turn my back from you for one sec, is to try and escape from me." He shook his head slow as he took a sip from his tea.
"Hmmpf!Mmm!!Mh!"
"What?"
"Hmmpf!" The girl tried to say something, but it wasn't easy now when her ugly little mouth were stuffed full of candy.
"Oh, you want some tea?" He looked down at her lying there on the paved floor as he smirked.
"Nnnh!Nnnh!" It wasn't easy to hear what the girl had to say.
Jack smirked as he poured the warm acid tea down over her. The girl moaned in pain as her skin started to peel off.
"Ahahahahahahah! Oh, aren't you a beauty full of shit?" Jack dragged the girl back into the living room.
"You are so... hmm
what can I call you? What to call a thing like you?" he laughed softly, the girl almost calmed down by his warm laughter, it was so full of life and love...but the feeling disappeared as soon as he slammed her half dead body into the white wall (Which was now, not white anymore, but covered in the girls blood).
Want some more candy, dear? Jack nailed her hands into the cracked wall.
She screamed, so hard, she screamed with all of her air left in her lungs, but it was not enough to get her voice back, it was already gone. Jack smashed her jaw together so she bit her own tongue off.
No more candy, I guess, ne? He bit her underlip playfully.
She tried to shake her head hysterically from right to left instead.
Yes? So you want some more after all? He turned to his bag behind him and took something up, it looked like a wire cutter.
Jack looked at the girl again, approached her. His hand shaking with delight, he stretched it towards her darting eye.
Be still now, or the Doc wont give ya lollipop!
He grabbed the slimy, slippery eye balls between two fingers and dragged it out, quick as anything.
Pling, plong, Avon calling, he giggled as he started to cover the eyeball up with chocolate and sugar.
Then he placed the eye on a pretty silverspoon.
Now I want you to say aaah, he held the spoon up to her mouth.
Now, eat. It sure tastes good. You made it all by yourself. Of course, I helped you, but... lets just not talk about that. He laughed, let me sing for you while eating?
He pressed the home made sweet into her bloody mouth.
She chewed it slowly, as tears rolled down her cheeks.
Now, while youre eating that lovely candy of yours, Im gonna take this needle and inject chocolate sauce into your body! Oh, this is so fun, he mumbled to himself while pushing the needle into her veins.
Chocolate, chocolate, yummi chocolate covered girls! He sang, licking up the hot blood mixed up with chocolate.
I guess that before you die, youll probably wanna know why Im here?
She shock her head slowly, her head hung like it was dead down to her chest.
"Youve flirted with suicide many times. That's not okay at all, little one. Thats what all this is about," he smirked as he gently caressed her hair, youve been a very selfish little kid. He tied a thicker form of liqourice bootlace around her thin neck, then he pulled harder and harder, her face went from bluepale to bloodyred, and then it become blue again, then white. She started shaking.
He let go for a sec, looking at her. He stared through her soul, she just knew it, she could feel it. His eyes, breaking through every living cell left in her body.
The girls breath stopped as the pain she had caused humans all around...
